For my vector portrait, I did Harley Quinn because she inspires me and I think she's a super good character. So I started off by drawing out my vector background and I wanted to go with something trippy and wild like Harley. I then scanned it into my computer and added color to my background I went with a rainbow to make it wilder. I then reduced the opacity to 70% to make sure it didn't stick out too much. Next, I started to work on Harley, with her I used my pen tool to draw out the shapes on her. I added color to her and then put her on top of my background. Overall I think this project turned out amazing and it is definitely one of my favorite I've done so far.
